18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker
Originally developed by the legendary Sega AM2, 18 Wheeler puts you in the cab of a massive big rig racing from New York to San Francisco. Across the Dreamcast, PS2, and GameCube, the core mission remains: deliver your cargo before your rival, "Lizard Tail," and before the timer hits zero. While the Dreamcast version is a near-perfect port of the NAOMI arcade original, the PS2 and GameCube versions (published by Acclaim) added extra polish and features. The game is famous for its "Slipstream" mechanic, where drafting behind other large vehicles grants a massive speed boost, and its frantic parking mini-games that test your precision under pressure.
