About The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius: Jet Fusion
The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius: Jet Fusion (popularly known as Jet Fusion, Jimmy Neutron: Jet Fusion, or simply Jet Fusion GBA) is a high-flying action-adventure based on the cinematic Nickelodeon special. Released for the Nintendo GameCube (GCN), Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2), and the Game Boy Advance (GBA), the game follows the boy genius after his "Virtual World Reproduction Machine" malfunctions, pulling the town of Retroville into the world of a spy novel. Players must help Jimmy rescue the legendary secret agent Jet Fusion and thwart the plans of the diabolical Professor Calamitous.
On home consoles like the GameCube and PS2, the gameplay is a 3D platformer centered on Jimmy's "Invention System." To progress, you must collect scattered parts to build gadgets like the Pulse Light Ray or the Gust Buster Fan. Each level features a "major invention" specifically designed to take down corrupted versions of Jimmy's friends in boss battles.
