AbalaBurn (widely known by fans as AbalaBurn: A Battle Legend of Astterica or simply Abala Burn) is an ambitious Japan-exclusive title that blends 3D fighting with action-RPG exploration. Developed by Tamsoft—the studio famous for the Battle Arena Toshinden series—and released for the Sony PlayStation (PSX/PS1), the game offers a unique "dual-genre" experience. It features a standard one-on-one fighting mode alongside a deep "Story Mode" that transforms the gameplay into a 3D adventure-platformer, where players navigate fantasy environments and collect crystals to reach the legendary Lemuria.
