A Bug's Life
A Bug's Life is a popular action-platformer based on the 1998 Disney/Pixar animated film. Released across the Nintendo 64, PlayStation, and Windows PC, the console versions feature 3D exploration where players control Flik through various environments—from the Ant Island to the "City"—collecting berries and using seed-based power-ups to defeat Hopper's grasshopper army. The Game Boy Color version offers a distinct 2D side-scrolling experience tailored for handheld play. Developed by Traveller's Tales (Consoles) and Tiertex Design Studios (GBC), the game is remembered for its faithful recreation of the movie's locations and its creative "Seed" mechanic, which allows players to grow plants to reach hidden areas and secret collectibles.
